Remove your Crusher™ Wireless headphones from your device's paired list. Turn off Bluetooth mode on your device. Press and hold the "+" and "-" buttons. This will clear the pairing history on your Crusher™ Wireless. A voice prompt will say "Disconnected", the headphone will go into pairing mode, and a voice prompt will say "Pairing".
Find "Malware Crusher" entry. Select it, and click the "-" (minus) button to remove it. Note 2: Malware Crusher may not quit just by closing it, therefore use Force Quit to end the process. Press 3 buttons at the same time: Option, Command, and Esc (Escape). This is similar to Control-Alt-Delete on a Windows PC.
Go to Settings > Bluetooth. Tap the settings icon beside your paired Crusher Wireless. Select Unpair. Return to Bluetooth settings and select Forget This Device. Turn Bluetooth off and back on. Pair your Crusher Wireless again. This wipes the bad pairing data causing issues and gives you a fresh start.
